These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Gordy's Windows website (gordyswindows.com) and any services provided by Gordy's Windows LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms in full.

1. Services

Gordy's Windows provides residential window replacement, retrofit installation, window repair, and door installation services in Orange County, California. All services are subject to a written estimate and separate service agreement between the Company and the customer prior to commencement of work.

2. Website Use

You may use our website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

• Use the site in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Transmit any unsolicited commercial communications
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the website
• Use the site to harm, deceive, or mislead others

3. Quote Requests & Estimates

Submitting a quote request through our website does not constitute a binding agreement. All pricing is subject to an in-home measurement and assessment. Final pricing will be provided in a written estimate. We reserve the right to decline any project at our discretion.

4. Financing

Financing options are provided through third-party lenders. Gordy's Windows makes no guarantees regarding approval, terms, or rates. All financing decisions are made solely by the lending partner. "Everyone Approved" refers to our commitment to submit every applicant — final approval is subject to lender requirements.

5. Warranty

Our unconditional glass breakage warranty covers accidental glass breakage on installed windows for the lifetime of the original installation at the original address. This warranty:

• Applies to the original purchasing homeowner only
• Does not transfer upon sale of the property
• Does not cover damage resulting from structural issues, settlement, or acts of God
• Requires a service call to assess the damage prior to replacement
• Covers glass replacement only, not frames or hardware unless separately warranted

Vinyl frame warranty covers manufacturing defects including cracking, peeling, warping, and seal failure for 15 years from date of installation.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, diagrams, and layout — is the property of Gordy's Windows LLC and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without express written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gordy's Windows shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Gordy's Windows LLC, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our website or violation of these Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Orange County, California.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes are effective upon posting to this page. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
